Company history since 1989

1989 brought major political and economic changes to the countries of Eastern Europe. In the ideological environment of a country in transition, Zdeněk Veitz Sr. founded ACESO Prague. His son Zdeněk Veitz took over the tasks related to the management of the family company in 2008.

Authorized distributor

In 1992, the company originally started as an authorized distributor of the Belgian electrical engineering company ACEC Charleroi later Elphiac. When Elphiac was acquired by INDUCTOTHERM Group, ACESO Praha started to act as its exclusive representative for all induction heat applications for the Czech and Slovak Republics. The cooperation with the manufacturer of induction melting furnaces Inductotherm, led to the acquisition of a dominant position in the number of installed induction melting furnaces.

ACESO Praha

The large number of installations, complex investment projects, and deliveries of technological units have placed enormous demands on the creation of our own warehouse and production facilities. Therefore, ACESO Praha enters the production sphere in 2017 and buys a reference and test foundry in Nové Město nad Metují, Czech Republic.

BV COILS

The increasing demand of our customers for the production, refurbishment and renovation of induction coils led to the establishment of the subsidiary BV COILS. BV COILS is a specialized company dealing with refurbishment, reconditioning as well as local repair of induction melting coils for industrial induction furnaces from all reputable manufacturers.

Turnkey induction coil repairs

BV COILS aims to carry out turnkey repairs of induction coils. In this spirit, we offer services directly at the customer's site, associated with the professional disassembly of the coil, its preparation for transport to the repair plant, including subsequent assembly and thorough drying of the coil with a powerful heating element. A detailed understanding of the operation of the induction furnace leads us to the correct way to repair the coil. Together with the customer, we create innovative procedures in the maintenance, refurbishment, and prophylaxis of induction coils. For our work, we BV COILS, founded in 2021, take full personal responsibility.

Repair and overhaul

ACESO PRAHA's customers contacted us with tasks related mainly to repair and refurbishment of induction melting coils, refurbishment of old melting systems including frequency converters and providing maintenance on foundry equipment. With the experience gained, backed by the trust built up by the long-term satisfaction of our customers, we founded BV Coils.

The method of repair is primarily determined by the manufacturer of the coil itself. BV Coils provides its services on coils from renowned manufacturers JUNKER, ABP, EGES and others. The requirements of our customers (determined by the fused material, the lumpiness of the insert, the changeability of the operation, the way the coil is cooled, the connection of the cooling system to the waste heat recovery) and the discussion over the way the coil is repaired leads us to innovative procedures or upgrades that guarantee better coil properties.
